Ca fait un mois qu'on l'achète pour notre fille. Presque pas utilisé et hier on essaie reproduire un CD et rien. La machine arrive à lire combien de chansons il y en a mais là fonction Play/Pause, Stop, et pour avancer et aller arrière font rien. Le reste des fonctions t'amène toujours à P001. Résultat : Pas de Karaoke, pas de CD, pas de Usb. On peut utiliser seulement avec le Bluetooth car on fait le play dans nos portables.
J'ai essayé rejoindre le service après vente avec le chat ici et ils m'ont pas donné ni le téléphone ni le adresse mail que le message final du chat me promettait.
J'ai envoyé un message aussi sur instagram. On va voir.
Le.produit coûte cher pour arrêter de fonctionner comme ça.
Je mets une étoile car les trois fois que ma fille l'a utilisé elle l'a beaucoup aimé.
J'espère avoir une réponse de service client.

We bought it for our daughter a month ago. Almost not used and yesterday we tried to reproduce a CD and nothing. The machine manages to read how many songs there are but the Play/Pause, Stop, and forward and backward functions do nothing. The rest of the functions always take you to P001. Result: No Karaoke, no CD, no USB. We can only use it with Bluetooth because we play it on our cell phones. I tried to contact after-sales service with the chat here and they didn't give me the phone number or the email address that the final chat message promised me. I also sent a message on Instagram. We will see. The product costs a lot to stop working like that. I put one star because the three times my daughter used it she really liked it. I hope to have a customer service response. Thank you in advance.
