We don't have our own showroom or store on site, but we are represented in selected electronics stores with our brands like Klarstein and auna.

Products labelled as B-stock are repackaged goods or goods with slight packaging damage and signs of use, but are fully functional and are 10-20% cheaper than the A-stock counterpart. While we cannot provide you with a detailed error description for each item, we do inspect and categorize them all before resale in order to continue to provide you with fast delivery processes. However, we do offer a 1-year warranty for all B-stock items.

To our customers in the United Kingdom: We have a stock of UK plug adapters in our warehouse. When we ship items to match, we will include them accordingly.

Our auna amplifiers offer you 100 W RMS per channel. Their impedance performance is accordingly 8 - 16 ohms.

If you have an amplifier and want to connect it to a subwoofer, we recommend a passive one, since active subwoofers usually already have an amplifier built in.

Our Spotify Connect doesn't support podcast playback yet, but you can listen to your favourite Spotify podcast via Bluetooth on the Connect CD.

Our auna Connect 100 SE is an internet radio - not DAB+. This allows you to receive stations from all over the world - with DAB+, however, you receive only national stations.

Our auna HiFi tuner supports a USB size of up to 32 GB.

Would you like to connect our auna sound system to your television? No problem: simply connect the line-out or headphone output of the television to the AUX-in of the speaker system and off you go!

Our auna V7B floor-standing speaker has a power of 220 watts RMS.
